I can't believe it's July starting tomorrow...
It's so weird how fast a month goes by, when I think back, I haven't done an awful lot~ (.__. ;; )
(Though I did get taxed an awful lot for a part timer! A 3 digit sum... TAT!! How hurtful~!!!! *Cries inside*)

Any ways, a chibi Melon! (I would die to eat some water melon right now!!) I thought it'll be cute as stationary design for when I get a table at an expo~! ♥
Table plans are on hold/no longer going forward as Wing got an awesome design job working for Eyeko!! ♥♥♥
I don't really feel right having a table without her, since it was her idea too and she encouraged me to work towards it! T^T~!! So it's a bit "bleh" if I was to replace her with someone else~! Wouldn't feel right at all~~ TAT;;
It's a huge relief though~! Ahaha, I wonder if I'm at that standard yet, where my work is sellable * 3*;; most of my stuff are not professionally finished and such! *wipes sweat* It also gives me some time for me to plan out my manga more...!

I'm turning into a lazy potato~!! I've already set my mind to thinking it's the summer so I can laze around. It's so bad, considering I have my final major project deadline around the corner... *DOOM*
I need to get my motivation back in gear! TAT;;

Wow~ *__*;; something surreal and unbelievable happened to me! I got a daily deviation for my London expo, ginger bread piece!
It’s a bit… weird…? I don’t know how to word it! Though it’s something major right? *__*;; It was all too exciting for me to handle! @A@;;


Went to watch Batman: The dark knight, a few days ago; I was so excited since everyone kept saying how amazing it was! I guess it was okay, it started off really slow~ but plot wise it was good *0*!! I love Heath Ledger’s Joker, the laugh was spot on! Though there wasn’t much in the fight scenes, a lot of action was edited out/cut off screen?

I was watching the news earlier and they were talking about the rules/ laws in China (Olympics), mentioning how:
[1] If you're fat you are not allowed to wear horizontal stripes
[2] You're only allowed to wear white socks and black shoes.
[3] In the underground, you're not allowed to carry a TV or a refrigerator.

Just came back from posting my NEO manga entry… I had to print it off first~ costing £2 (since the first copies were printed off wrong) I then went to the post office and sent it off by special delivery, so it’ll arrive tomorrow. It cost £4.60 for special delivery, so in total £6.60 was spent… T^T;;

Some reason when I printed of my entries, it looked so ugly! Not how it looks like on the computer~ I hope if it’s reduced to the size of authentic manga pages it’ll look better… /orz;;
I’m gonna work on my manga jiman entry asap to avoid doing it last minute… *Sweats*

Started to read, “You’re so cool”, it really is so cool and funny! I love how manwhas are character driven and how the characters have complicated sides to them that really make them seem human.

And some reason, I keep getting mistaken for an oriental foreigner [FOB] selling DVDs or a foreigner is general as they’ll speak their dialect… which… I don’t understand… o__o;

It’s horrible when you saved your CG correctly, but it’s gets corrupted in the process T^T;; (So it opens to a flatten file of colourful horizontal lines)

So much wasted hours and was almost complete as well! 

Time to restart over…

Hello! ♥ Seems like a while since I've updated, though I think it's just a lot that happened within that time!

I was showing my boyfriend my little sketchbook only for him to say, "Hey, isn't he the guy in you cookie picture?!"
Then I realised that they really do look the same! (It was unintentional!) Since I drew him so much times, maybe I should make him into a original character for a manga? T__T~~ But he has no name at this current moment...!

I’m so tired~ my eyes hurt as though they've been punched in... I’ve been getting double bags on my eyes recently…(I don’t think this has happened before? But I really am PANDA EYES now!) even though school is over and you would think I could sleep in as much as I want to.
For some odd reason, I can’t sleep at nights, maybe because I’m dreading the fact it’s another day closer to work! Ahaha, then I get waken up in the mornings~ like the other day where a dustbin truck was outside my house for a good 40 minutes! The engine roaring, dustbin men screaming and the sounds of numerous recycling bags crashing in the truck…is just… such a pleasant way to wake up…

I still have to work on my Neo competition entry, I wrote the script a while back, but I’ve been getting quite a few ideas (from my late nights of staying up) and not sure which one to run with!  but I better start soon…!

[EDIT] Almost forgot! Went to watch HANCOCK today... it was... hmmm... predictable... not as funny as I expected it to be... I guess it was "trying" to evoke emotions from the audiences, but it ended up being all cliché~~! I wouldn't watch it again... nor do I recommend people watching it unless they are a DIE HARD Will Smith fan! (I don't like that pouty thing he kept doing... =3=;; )

I finished my second to last exam today. One more to go, then I am officially f r e e!!! I can’t imagine how it’ll be… officially finishing school… I’ve been waiting for this day for so long! (I might actually cry!) I won’t say how my exam went today since I might jinx it…

I want to watch so many movies!! Hancock, Teeth, The happening and… this one called Cleaners with Samuel L Jackson! *__*
And look at what I’ve been eye-balling when I’m at work!   It's so cute!! ♥ ♥ ♥

I drank between 4 to 5 cups of tea yesterday, resulting in me not being able to sleep last night! (I guess that would make sense!) ahaha, I only had like 2-3 hours sleep... then I had to wake up to do a late shift at work... no time for revision whatsoever!

At lunch, Oxford Circus was jammed by a cycling event that was made up of over 1000+ people? They were cycling around NAKED!

I wonder if people can be 100% nice and good people, but at the same time be happy...?
If you're too nice, people take advantage of you? They feel like they can do anything to you because they know they can get away with it and you won't say anything. Maybe there's a limit to how nice you can be. Also, if you're too nice, people begin to suspect how genuine your kindness is! What happened to just being nice without no hidden agendas or cunning plan behind it?

uhh... swiftly changing the topic! @__@;; I've upgraded by Livejournal to a paid account, only to realise my website hosting died for this month... (despite it only being the 10th day of June...) So I'll need to upgrade my web host soon~ || orz ||
I'm not sure if I should be happy or not... does that mean I'm getting more visits? *__*;;

I've been incredibly lazy lately and procrastinating to no end... I really need to revise soon... but I keep on OTL-ing

I've stopped watching Derren Brown, even though I used to adore him and his crazy ways *__*!!
Aahahah, but now he scares me too much and I can't handle watching him... I think... he's incredibly frightening and... could be dangerous since he could manipulate people in ways we believe is impossible!
I guess I started feeling afraid of him where he did the stunt, of where he made his subjects play a zombie killing game and made them believe it was real... I don't do zombies... >__<!!!! *hacks them to pieces*

I've also figured out the storyline for my NEO entry *__*!! I just need to script it now :3

Finally finished my graphics and art exam and is SERIOUSLY deprived for sleep. Though I still can’t feel the relief, as I’m on the late shift at work tomorrow… (Has to work till 9pm…T^T)
I still feel as though I could have done more for my graphics and art exam... it’s too late now, so I just have to deal with it >__<;; hehe, however, I did pump up my arm muscles lodging my work around… maybe a bit too much…
As a celebration of completing my exams, I went to watch “Iron Man”… it was AMAZING!!! *__*!! I didn’t expect to like it so much, as I usually complain about films. I knew little about Iron Man and assumed he was just an “equipped” commoner like Batman. It has definitely replaced Spiderman as my top Marvel movie! Things I liked about it were the political story background to it and how neat the story ties up together. The graphics left me in awe, like the green hologram, as well as the ending credits song… <3
I think… girls are doomed to be swayed by cocky men, though they bring you NO GOOD! 0__0!! *points finger out*
I also found out I’m on LCC’s entry list for sure to start my next school year! (I was worried as I hadn’t heard from them since I’ve returned my slip confirming my placement.) I get to enrol in 22nd September; meaning my birthday will be on a holiday still! *__*! YAYERS!

Now I need to plan what to do with my summer… such as…
1) Revise for film studies exams in June
2) Sort out commission info
3) Do my London expo competition piece
4) Enter NEO competition! (For sure this year! T__T)
5) Maybe do a one shot and CG like I’ve never CG-ed before!

Hehe, but we all know I’ll be lazy and will be devoured by dramas and shoujo manga *__*;; (I seriously need to get back to reading shonens…!!)

I found out that…

Makoto Shinkai (Maker of 5cm p/s etc) is currently living in LONDON. 0___0!!!

He’s been in London for a month now to improve his English! He’s says he lives currently near a station and “There’s a very big park nearby”… All I could think of is HYDE PARK! Ahahaha, I’m not sure why, as it could be any other large park T^T;;
Knowing that such an amazing established Japanese animator lives in the same city as me is… too… way way awesome… *__*;; as it seems quite impossible/ unreal? (I breathe the same air as himm~~ *__*!! ahaha but don't we all? LOL)

Ahaha, now I feel like wondering the streets looking for him… T__T!! *crawls around* not like I’m ever gonna meet him! Ahaha @__@;; I feel like cryingg~ I'm such a geek!

It’s snowing! *__*!! Apparently it snowed yesterday too, the size of cotton balls! But I was still sleeping, taking advantage of the fact I never get to sleep in… T__T!!

Happy Easter my happy bunnies! <3

These past days, I’ve done nothing but freeze my nuggets off! T__T;; I spent the whole day wearing two hoodies and a winter hat to keep warm indoors, since my heating conveniently wouldn’t turn on… T^T!!

Random bits and bobs:

1)      I forgot to say that Minho Kwon gave a talk at my school (before Christmas), it was amazing! I later emailed him to thank him for the inspiration and he emailed me back to encourage me to keep on drawing (though he never saw my works @__@;;! Ahaha, I still feel so motivated! I can’t believe I forgot so quickly!)

2)      I finished of my production film. It was FUN but exhausting, though I secretly enjoyed editing. We did all the filming in one day so it was quite stressing and I had to keep hunting my main actor since he likes to float about to charm his special lady friends! I’m glad that everyone is on good terms and no one had any arguments~ *wipes sweat*

I’m wondering if this is a wake up call of a hidden passion…(I’ll never be a director though, ahaha I’m not cut out to boss people about!) though thinking about it, it made me realise I would never be satisfied staying/continuing on still image… if that made sense? I’ll like to think I’m moving towards moving image one day!  @__@;; *shrugs*  (I’ll post screen caps later!) 

3)      I’ve read so much shoujo I think corn is falling out of my ears every time I breathe ~__~;;

My current favourite is “Kaichou wa Maid-sama!” by Hiro Fujiwara. (Is the fan of the stupid trio and perfect boy Usui! *squeals* <3 I need to find time to read Special A too…)

4)      I finally watch “Grave of the Fireflies”, the only part I got teary was the beginning. (I had no idea why!) Though I never fully cried, it was still a great movie!

5)      I watched Pulp Fiction in my film classes…AND OHHHH~ that special “MALE BONDING” scene is forever engraved in my head now… O_O… it was so… aggressive? I must say Tarantino has corrupted me quite a bit. (Didn’t know what a GIMP was before. Etc; I admit… there’s something INCREDIBLY frightening about him… T^T;; )

6)      My website host is utter P A N T S! =__=;; I never noticed how I only had 100MB bandwidth a month, so I’ll need to upgrade sometime in the future. I’m considering on spending £50 a year for 2,500MB of space and my domain name as well a set up fee? But I’ll need to do some serious searching as I don’t trust my host~ =__=!!  

Yay! My PC got fixed! Feel so much better online T__T|| now I need to download all the plugins and software needed. I lost all my work on all my drives, because we accidentally installed windows on them, wiping out the drives that were initially okay @__@;; so… now my PC is completely empty!

It also can’t display Asian characters so now all my faces are filled with ?

But I’m just grateful I have my PC back ready for half term to catch up on some work ;__;
